My bear mask is a wip and I need tips

There aren't many details here that could help me answer you. What kind of mask is it? Paper? Plastic? Foam? etc. What kind of clay? What would the clay be attaching to? Again, paper? Plastic? Foam? Etc.

 

Overall, clay isn't all that good to use on masks just because it's brittle and can break easily once it's dry. I would suggest foam or styrofoam and painting or applying a fur or felt overtop.

sorry i didnt give a lot of info. its a paper mache mask with some clay on top of it
